Flying
Going through the electrical towers
Some of the birds
reach high enough to touch the sky
Memories
of bodies staring at never born flowers
It’s a ghost city dream
Where you can’t hide from electrical eyes
Tell me
What’s the secret of beautiful hours
fading away
With all the tears that we’ll never weep
Howlin’
It’s how the future is calling your name
And staying’ awake
for many nights
as we loosing the game
“Rumble” is out now.
“I wrote this song when the world stopped in the lockdown of 2020. Luckily, I was living in the countryside for three months and remember being lost in nature. Lost and saved by nature. Which inspired and healed me as much as it could heal. The song talks about all the fear and emotions that came in being confined, by watching precious time and dreams slip away, and how some sort of Electrical eyes (aka government) were watching us trying to fight for our lives. Couldn’t put into words what was going on inside me so I’ve tried to express the anger of my most primitive ugly animal side in this song and cover art: A giant gorilla woman destroying a rather small home for her. “Rumble” is the kind of sound I imagine a riot of very angry animals (us) would do. Which is pretty much what happened afterwards in these past years. And now we seem to forget because of the need to survive.
Hope you enjoy it.“
