Backstory:
Created in 2016 while living at The Pod Inn in DTLA with Josh.
One day while the homie RND1 was over hanging out, Josh, Irv and myself were taking turns playing Mario Galaxy and No More Heroes 2 on the Nintendo Wii.... We decided we should get out of the Apartment / Motel and all agreed that instead of gaming in a dark cave, we should game at an actual arcade.... So we blasted some Brazilian Jazz while getting ready and dancing around and headed out.

When we returned to the crib, Josh and I decided to work on track together while RND1 played Mario Galaxy.
"The Jetty" was the result of that session. It was released via Rootnote Collective, and then again through a Collective Resonance compilation titled "I Can't See My House"
I honestly forgot it existed until Catalog Works asked me to be the host and provide the samples for Catalog Cook Off 008.... Unfortunately they asked me in the same 24 hrs that I just lost my main hard drive, so for that challenge, I had to dig through old laptops looking for samples and stems... The Jetty was one of those sessions I Found which is why the sample may sound familiar to some of you.
