As it says in the title, although unlike other songs that are instrumental meditational tracks, this one is not the type you do yoga or sit crossed-legged to. This was a song I made as a sort of musical, non-worded conversation with God/a higher power. It's meant to be a spiritual reaching out to, but even in writing this, it's still hard to fully explain, so the music should really do all the talking.
